The
Périgord, a territory essentially
made up of the département of the
Dordogne, has been a welcoming place since
the dawn of time. It’s no coincidence that
prehistoric humans settled here to develop
their sense of art and aesthetics. It's
no coincidence that this was one of the
birthplaces of the Renaissance, as shown
by the thousand and one castles which dot
the Périgord.
